Reboot: I have been using a modified version of the Plus Dinner Reboot. Instead of combining the fruits and vegetables into one glass of juice, I prepared my juices separating by color and balancing the nutrition to create three small drinks per meal daily. I would prepare in the morning so that I would have a set of juices when I am in school.
Health Improvements: I have always been physically healthy. I did lose 5 pounds in the first two weeks of juicing and now I am at my desired weight. My allergies improved, my acne diminished, and I no longer have chronic headaches.
How did you learn about Reboot Your Life?
My mom found the documentary “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” on Netflix and we watched it together.
What inspired you to do a Reboot?
I was inspired to improve my health after watching “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead”. In the documentary, a woman named Siong mentioned that she wanted to try Reboot to improve her migraines. After hearing her positive testimonials, that’s when I hoped Reboot could help me address my allergies, acne and chronic headaches.
How did the experience go for you?
Reboot is a simple and easy plan to follow. Overall, we have been having a lot of fun coming up with various recipes. I am amazed by the tremendous results in such a short amount of time. Others in my family have joined me in juicing daily after seeing the positive results. It is very easy to maintain, and I loved my experience.
Did you have any notable health or physical improvements?
Juicing has improved my allergies, sleep, acne and headaches. I have also noticed higher energy levels throughout the day because I have better rest at night. My complexion has improved and appears brighter and clearer with fewer blemishes.
What was the toughest part about the Reboot experience?
The toughest part is avoiding junk food. I went into Reboot by fasting with juice for 4 days, and then I continued juicing along with smaller portioned meals. As the days went by, the cravings for junk food lessened. I do have an occasional treat, but I now keep my diet under control.
What habits have you maintained and kept a part of your everyday life?
I still juice 3 times a day and eat smaller portioned meals. I have also started exercising by walking on treadmills. I am now accustomed to juicing and exercising.
What is your lasting impression of the Reboot experience?
The Reboot experience has dramatically improved my skin, allergies and energy level. I know this as a fact because I have not changed anything else other than trying Reboot. I feel much more energetic and upbeat daily. I am convinced juicing cleansed me from the inside and is a much better alternative than just using acne medications to treat the skin surface.
Prior to juicing I suffered from various allergies that affected my breathing. I find that breathing is easier and I sneeze less.
I think juicing has been fast and easy with great results. Juicing is a daily routine for me now and I would encourage others to try Rebooting and juicing for better health.
