This gorgeous juice is a product of beautiful seasonal produce that was picked locally here in New York. Since I love to get my daily exercise in, this juice is perfect because it’s loaded with anti-inflammatory nutrients that are great for exercise recovery. - 1 beet (beetroot)
- 3 carrots
- ½ pear
- 1 cup (30 g) mustard greens
- 4 romaine (cos) lettuce leaves
- 2 inches (5 cm) piece of ginger
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the beet.
- Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
