Post-Reboot planning is essential. You will face temptations every day, but it’s important to reflect on how you’re going to take what you learned during your Reboot and practice it in your everyday life. You know how to arm yourself for optimum health – eat more plants, steer clear of temptations to avoid setbacks, and surround yourself with an environment you can succeed in.

You can choose to be vegan, raw, gluten-free, or not – whatever works for your body – as long as you continue to eat more fruits and vegetables. Think of your plate as a pie chart: 50% plant foods, 25% lean protein, 25% whole grain.

What does Joe eat? Joe doesn’t follow one specific diet plan. He follows a simple rule: eat more plants. He will occasionally eat grass-fed beef and wild fish but he ensures his plate is filled mostly with fruits and vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds, and whole grains. And of course he drinks plenty of juices.
