In the Reboot Kitchen: Sweet Green Smoothie

Switch up your usual green drink for this healthy summer green smoothie. The arugula and mango add extra vitamin C, while the avocado and pineapple add anti-inflammatory properties. Healthy fats are also a great component of this smoothie with the addition of both the coconut milk and avocado.

Add other seasonal local greens like spinach and kale for added iron, fiber, and vitamins A and C.

  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 cup (200 ml) water
  • 3/4 cup (165 g) diced mango
  • 3/4 cup (165 g) diced pineapple
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handful arugula (rocket)


  1. Remove peel from mango and rind from pineapple.
  2. Wash all ingredients.
  3. Add ingredients to blender and blend for at least 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
