Childhood obesity is on the rise in part because children are surrounded by and encouraged to eat too many processed and fast foods instead of fruits, vegetables and other whole foods. Juices and smoothies are a great way to get your kids to consume more fruits and vegetables. .Create a fun name and let them help in the making.
