This is a light, simple and delicious juice to enjoy. Honeydew melon is high in potassium, which is an important electrolyte for heart health, healthy bones, energy and the nervous system. It’s also a great source of potassium. This juice is high in vitamin C due to the honeydew and the limes, which supports immunity, collagen health and reduces inflammation. You can easily add in more greens if you like such as romaine, kale, spinach, cucumber or even zucchini to boost the nutrient profile of this juice. If you have leftover melon, save it for this Cucumber Melon Smoothie or make more juice.
- ¼ honeydew melon
- 4 celery sticks
- 2 limes
- Peel lime. (optional, I never do, just give it a good scrub)
- Chop and prepare produce to suit your juicer.
- Juice & enjoy!
