Memorial Day Mint Mocktail

By: Jamie Webber

If you’re in the U.S., then you’re probably getting ready to celebrate a long weekend! Maybe you’re planning on heading to a park, hosting your own BBQ, or heading down to a beach to catch a few sun rays after this long winter, but whatever your plans are, don’t forget about drinking your green juices!

Everyone knows that a cocktail is a mixed alcoholic drink and the word “mock” mean to copy or mimic something, so a mocktail is a mixed drink without alcohol.

One of my favorite juices that gets me in the summertime spirit is this concoction below and I thought it was the perfect way to kick off Memorial Day Weekend. I hope you enjoy it too.
