A Low-Sugar Minty Clean Green Juice

This minty concoction is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Like most of my juice recipes, it’s low in sugar but loaded with nutrients— and the minty flavor is ultra delicious.

Mint is a natural digestive-aid and is also anti-inflammatory, and along with the other power-packed produce in this recipe, this juice is sure to help you get more vitamins and minerals including energizing iron and B-vitamins.

Have this juice as part of a meal or as a snack and enjoy!

  • 1 apple, cored
  • ½ cucumber
  • 3-4 sprigs mint
  • 3-4 leaves kale
  • 1 handful mixed greens
  • ½ lemon, peeled and juiced


  1. Wash and prepare ingredients
  2. Add ingredients through juicer — start with the apple, then add the kale and greens, followed by lemon and finally the cucumber.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Total time: 5-10 minutes

Servings: 1 serving (16-20 oz, 500 mL)
