A Juice for Beginners: Peaches ‘N Mint

Peachy Mint Red Leaf Lettuce Juice

We are bringing you another seasonal, light and delicious juice that’s packed with nutrients. The nectarine, mint and red leaf lettuce (three of my favorite ingredients) are seasonal, so they don’t have to travel too far to make it into my kitchen. Since they are local and organic they contain more nutrients, and for the most part will be less expensive (a major plus to purchasing seasonal produce).

This juice is also great because it doesn’t contain too much fruit but it has just enough sweetness that it would be a great juice for a beginner juicer.

  • 1 peach or nectarine
  • 8 carrots
  • 2 handfuls of red leaf lettuce
  • ½ lime
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint


1. Wash all produce well.

2. Remove pit from peach and peel lime.

3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
