- 1 cup (150 g) Blueberries
- 1 cup (150 g) Berry of Your Choice (blackberry, cherry, raspberry, strawberry)
- 5 leaves Rainbow Swiss Chard (Australia: Silverbeet)
- 4 oz (60 ml) unsweetened Coconut Water
- 1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
- Wash all produce well.
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (45-60 seconds).
