Raspberry Banana Smoothie Popsicles

If you’re a little tired of drinking your daily smoothie, you can switch it up by turning your smoothie into a popsicle! This is a get kids into smoothies, particularly in warmer weather. You can add in more produce to leafy greens to build a rainbow of color: add leafy greens in for some green, blueberries in for blue, and strawberries for red. If you’re on a Reboot, you can also freeze your juice into popsicles to add a cooling crunch to your daily plan. When you’re not on a Reboot, you can also dip these into some melted chocolate and make them even more fun for an extra cacao health kick!

Raspberry Layer:

  • 1 cup (125 g) raspberries, plus extra for using whole raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

Banana Layer:

  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup (125 ml) almond milk


  1. Add all raspberry ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a popsicle container up to 3/4 full and place paddle pop sticks in. Push in a few raspberries whole and allow to freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Blend banana ingredients and pour this on top of the raspberry layer for a 2nd popsicle layer.
  4. Freeze 2 hours or overnight and enjoy.


  • Raspberries – blueberries, cherries, blackberries
  • Banana – pineapple, orange
  • Almond – rice, hemp or coconut milk
  • Honey – maple syrup, rice malt or stevia

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 4 hours (in freezer)

Total time: 4 hours, 10 minutes
