- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional) seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped Cilantro (Australia: Coriander)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- Combine all ingredients and toss – you can also throw tomato, onion and jalepeno pepper into a food processor before mixing with lime juice.
