Skip the Beets Juice

By: Suzanne Boothby

If you are one of those people who runs the other way when beets are near the juicer, then this juice is just for you. This bright purple drink is quite a sight and designed for those looking for an alternative to beet juice. Red cabbage is an immune booster full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory compounds, and it pairs deliciously with carrots, orange and lemon.
