The official start to spring is just a few days away here in the northern hemisphere and I can’t wait. Hopefully, making this juice will bring warmer weather that is supposed to come with spring too! In the springtime, I love a light and fresh green juice that’s lower in sugar and packed with nutrients, like this one. To make this juice extra nutrient-packed, I added two types of dark-colored greens, kale and romaine, and added electrolytes with the celery. Since this recipe only calls for one piece of fruit, it’s also lower in sugar and in calories. Enjoy this juice while looking at beautiful spring flowers, like my daffodils pictured here!
