Summer Squash and Parsley Juice

This juice is light, refreshing and hydrating, which makes it a perfect pick for hot summer days. The cucumber and summer squash are high-yield vegetables (meaning you get a lot of juice out of them) Both contain a lot of water, and you get electrolytes including potassium. This juice is also low in sugar, so is great for anyone who needs to be conscious of their sugar intake. Add this low sugar juice to your routine on a hot day to help you hydrate.

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 summer squash
  • ½ fennel bulb
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 3 to 4 sprigs parsley
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • ½ lemon, peeled


  1. Wash and prepare produce. Core the apple and peel the lemon.
  2. Add produce through juicer.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
