It’s important to know that you can consume protein from juices! In this Athletes Juice, kale (Tuscan cabbage) and parsley, pack a powerful protein punch to fuel your body. Even the Rugby players who stopped by the Reboot Kitchen love this juice and rely on it to enhance their performance on the field.
Note: This juice yields 32 oz/1 L.
- 1/2 pineapple
- 3 apples
- 4 carrots
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 large handful parsley
- 8 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)
- 2” piece of ginger
- Remove the rind from the pineapple and peel ginger.
- Wash all ingredients well.
- Add produce through juicer and enjoy!
